Managing your Practice

MyClientDiary was designed for a Psychology practice with multiple practitioners, multiple locations and many different people who answer the phone and have to support existing and potential clients.

So we made the things that are done all the time -making appointments, billing and receiving payments - easy for anyone in the practice to use. You can see from a single screen your appointments and availability and how to contact a client. You can see a complete history of the appointments and financial transactions with a client.

The Practice owner or manager will also want to create monthly reports, and perform regular administrative and marketing tasks. These activities are also very easy to perform, but from a separate screen, so they do not clutter or complicate the core activites of your practice. Our hosted model means that you have no up-front costs, you don't need to buy computer servers or be concerned about installation maintenance and backup. You always have access to the latest software, and telephone support is included in your system subscription.


More than One Practitioner?

Many small practices have multiple practitioners, often part-time, who need to co-ordinate their diaries and check for new appointments and late changes. Practices may also want to divert phones to different locations depending on who is on call. MyClientDiary is a multi-user system which can be securely accessed from anywhere. You can enter or check from the office, home, or even while on holiday. You can divert the phone to anywhere and still have access to all the information you would normally only have in your office.
