How we help you

An on-line help system will guide you through the day to day tasks you will use in MyClientDiary. When you become one of our clients we prepare your system just for you and then train you to use our systems quickly and efficiently. For the next few weeks we closely liaise with you to ensure that everyone is clearly trained and comfortable when using the system.

We are then available by telephone or email to answer your questions or guide you in how to best use the system. Our business model will ensure that we will get back to you very quickly whenever you need help. As we add new enhancements to the system we make them available to everyone, and because of this we value your feedback. Our support service is available from 8am to 7pm (your local time). [This is not to be confused with the support for the computer servers running MyClientDiary - these are supported 7 days a week 24 hours a day!]
